The carafes are made of glass, 0.5 liters and come with a tightly fitting top which retains the taste and aroma of the oil and vinegar.

It is quite simple, all you have to do is buy a good quality oil and some vinegar, a couple of chilies, garlic and some mint or other fresh herbs from your local grocer.
