Storage Unit 2 High 2 Wide
The Bauhaus movement linked creative design and modern science, and this Charles Eames design builds on that connection. His use of standardized parts and industrial production techniques for making furniture was unique in 1950. And being a practical man, Eames made sure function didn't get lost behind out-there looks. The 2-high, 2-wide unit provides plenty of convenient storage. Steel uprights, cross supports, and perforated panels provide strength and stability. Plywood shelves, drawer fronts, and dimpled doors are straightforward and strong. Painted laminate sides and backs add color and a touch of whimsy. Adjustable glides keep everything on the level.
